Tenant agrees to assume full responsibility for the regular
care and maintenance of the pool during the term of the
lease. Pool care includes, but is not limited to,
maintaining proper water levels and chemical balance,
cleaning the pool,
maintaining the filtration system, and ensuring the proper
operation of all pool equipment. The Tenant shall also be
responsible for the seasonal opening and closing of the
pool unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Any damages to the pool, liner, equipment, cover, or
