Raymond Singh is a leading figure in Montreal real estate, recognized for his expertise in large-scale listings, his leadership in new construction and his strong relationships with developers. He has listed and sold some of the largest listings in Quebec, including a $60 million parcel of land and the most valuable private commercial property in Vaudreuil, Hudson and Saint-Lazare. With over 12 years as a leading broker, Raymond has worked with major developers such as Canderel, Cadillac Fairview, Broccolini and Brivia, among other leading organizations.

Raymond’s core business is based on his success in the suburban market, where he has sold hundreds of homes in areas such as the West Island, Saint-Lazare and Vaudreuil. His dedication to providing quality service to suburban homeowners remains at the heart of his practice. In addition, Raymond leads a team focused on expanding his business from Ville-Marie to Vaudreuil, serving customers throughout much of Montreal and surrounding areas.

In 2023, Raymond became Director of New Construction and Development at M Immobilier. Today, he oversees a team of over 180 brokers and generates new opportunities in the growing Montreal market. He began his career in 2008 after leaving the IT sector, quickly establishing a solid reputation in the suburban real estate market.

In 2012, Raymond joined a group of VIP Platinum brokers for the Tour des Canadiens by Canderel and the Montreal Canadiens organization, achieving Platinum Broker status and becoming one of the top producers of the original tower and Phases II and III. This launched his new construction and pre-sales division, where he sold several units and over 20 major developments downtown and in the suburbs, and won numerous awards as the most successful and productive Platinum broker.

In 2018, he launched PRESALESMONTREAL.com, an innovative platform offering early access to new developments, which has helped drive the sale of hundreds of units across the city.

Fluent in English, French, Punjabi and Hindi, Raymond’s diverse experience enables him to connect with a wide range of clients, making him a trusted advisor in the Montreal real estate landscape.
